A veneer is a thin layer bonded to the front of a tooth to improve its appearance or protect its surface. Porcelain veneers are among the most advanced techniques in dentistry and rely on modern equipment and materials.

How it works
- Consultation: we confirm veneers are the right solution for you.
- Preparation: a layer of enamel equal to the veneer thickness (0.3–0.5 mm) is removed without harming the tooth.
- Impression and temporary veneers while the laboratory works, usually one week.
- Fitting: the finished veneer is checked and bonded, then contours and bite are fine-tuned.
When veneers help
- Enamel chips and wear.
- Gaps between teeth and shape irregularities.
- Discoloured old fillings, fluorosis and tetracycline staining.
- Consequences of trauma.
When we advise against them
- Untreated decay or gum disease.
- Significant loss of tooth structure or severe enamel damage.
- Bruxism (teeth grinding).
