The right website or business system depends on what you need next. A new business may need a professional online presence and a clear way to receive enquiries. An established team may need online booking, connected calendars and easier content updates. When several parts of the operation need to work together, a custom business platform can bring them into one system.
At RaccoonX, we offer three starting points: Essential, Business and Digital Platform. Here is how each package fits a different set of needs, and what we would discuss before building it.
Essential: a professional website for your business
Base projects start from €2,000.
When you are launching a business, your website has a clear job. It should tell visitors what you offer, help them decide whether it is right for them, and make it easy to get in touch. It also needs to work well on the phones your customers use every day.
Essential is our starting point for small business website development. It includes:
- A professional website with custom design.
- A responsive layout for mobile, tablet and desktop screens.
- Basic SEO setup.
- Contact forms.
- Analytics.
- Deployment.
For example, a new local service business might need pages that explain its services, show its work and answer common questions. A clear contact form gives interested visitors a way to describe what they need. Analytics helps the owner understand how people use the site.
The basic SEO setup gives the website a technical starting point for search. Useful service descriptions and relevant content remain part of the work; a package cannot promise a particular Google ranking.
Essential is a suitable choice when your main need is to present the business professionally and receive enquiries. You can start there and discuss additional functions when they become useful.
Business: connect your website to daily work
Base projects start from €5,000.
An established business often has a different challenge. The services are in place and customers are coming in, but the website and internal processes do not connect well. Staff may need a developer for every content change. Appointment requests may move through long email exchanges. Customer details may need to be entered more than once.
Business includes everything in Essential, with additional scope for:
- A content management system (CMS) so your team can update the site.
- More advanced pages.
- Integrations with other services.
- Multilingual support.
- Business automation.
- Admin tools.
Online booking and calendar integrations
For a business that takes appointments, an integration could connect the website to an existing booking service and calendar. Customers could choose from available slots, while the team manages appointments through the connected tool. We would first check how the service handles availability, changes and the calendars you already use.
Other projects might send website enquiries to your existing customer management tool, notify the right person, or help staff manage content in more than one language.
These are examples of possible integrations. We agree the tools and workflows in the project proposal. Connecting an existing booking service belongs to a different scope from building a custom booking engine for your own operating rules.
Business suits teams that want the website to play a larger part in sales and customer service. The aim is to make the route from first enquiry to the next action clearer, and reduce repeated admin work along the way.
Digital Platform: your website and business software together
Base projects start from €10,000.
Sometimes the main need extends across the operation. Bookings depend on staff availability. Payments need to connect to customer records. Customers need accounts, and the team needs a shared view of what happens next.
Digital Platform combines a website with custom business software. The package covers areas such as:
- Booking.
- Customer relationship management (CRM).
- Payments.
- Staff management.
- Customer accounts.
- Automations.
- AI features.
Build around the whole customer journey
Consider a service business where customers book sessions, pay online and return for follow-up appointments. A custom platform could connect the booking to the customer record, show the appointment to the assigned staff member, and let the customer view their bookings in an account.
That is an example of a possible system, rather than a fixed specification. We would define the roles, booking rules, payment flow and required integrations with you before development. The first version should cover the work your business needs most.
AI can support selected parts of that workflow. It might help staff find information or prepare a response for review. We choose those functions around a defined task, with human review where judgement matters.
Digital Platform is the right conversation to have when your business needs a shared system across customers, staff and daily operations, with functions that standard tools do not cover well enough.
Which package should you start with?
| Your main need | Starting point | Base project price |
|---|---|---|
| Present your services and receive enquiries | Essential | From €2,000 |
| Manage content and connect existing tools and workflows | Business | From €5,000 |
| Bring your website and custom business operations into one system | Digital Platform | From €10,000 |
Choose around the problem you need to solve. A small team can need a custom platform; an established business can need a focused website. We can help you decide which scope makes sense.
These are base starting prices, before any temporary offers. The final proposal sets out the agreed scope, price and timeline. See our current pricing for the latest package information and any active offers.
